The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned in November 2021 to undertake a survey and testing of the external concrete elements to the grandstand at Richmond Rugby Club, Richmond. The structure is a semi-circular cantilever reinforced concrete structure cast in-situ. At ground level the structure is supported on reinforced concrete columns which form the main frame and continue over the rear of the structure at roof level enabling support of the cantilever soffit. Following the works a report provided a suitable material specification and bill of quantities for concrete repairs.
