The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned to undertake a visual inspection of the internal concrete elements of Manulife House following a fire. Testing undertaken included the extraction of concrete cores for analysis and compressive strength testing to determine the heat transfer through the concrete elements and effects on the strength of the concrete.
