The Concrete Consultancy 2000 Ltd were commissioned in October 2021 to undertake a concrete condition survey of the external concrete elements to Hastings Job Centre, St Leonards-On-Sea, East Sussex. The building is a 5-storey structure comprising a ground floor and 4 further floors of office accommodation and access was achieved via the use of roped access technology.
Following a full visual and making safe survey and testing of the concrete surfaces, a suitable material specification and bill of quantities for concrete repairs was provided.
