Concrete Consultancy Ltd. provide Dearle and Henderson in our role of Designers/Contract Administrators for a no. of London Local authorities on estate-wide housing refurbishment/regeneration schemes, unbiased and professional advise on the condition of concrete elements, both of a structural and non-structural nature. We always tend initially to appoint CC Ltd. to undertake specialist concrete testing on a representative sample basis to assess the condition of the concrete in terms of carbonation, chloride content, cement mix and/or depth of reinforcement cover for thereafter submission of their site findings in a technical report. Thereafter CC Ltd's appointments tends to, subject to their survey findings, extent to include approximate concrete repair quantities and workmanship and materials clauses, bespoke to the prevailing site conditions, for inclusion in our Specifications.
CC Ltd. are always expedient with their service delivery both in terms of site investigations and report submission. In addition their reports are accurate in terms of diagnosis and repair recommendations and as such offer excellent value for money on behalf of our clients in terms of correct specification, budgetary control and programme delivery of their projects. We shall continue to use CC Ltd for their specialist skill set in the field of concrete pathology and thereafter remedial proposals.
